When you can only get in touch with them by phone once a week, it (text) provides more direct constant communication with the players you're recruiting. It's a big, big benefit to stay in touch with them.

As you say, the salary cap is a problem. If we wanted to get Corey Simon, we couldn't have made that happen, maybe because of the salary cap.
