I need the coaches to tell me that I need to win for the team to pull it out. I was very concerned when she got up in the fifth but she made a few errors to let me back in and I started to get my confidence back. I loved the loud crowd, it made me play better.

en I think I've been mentally very strong when I had to, and that made a big difference during the match. Because I could feel at 5-3 when she lost - I don't know - two match points, that she was very nervous to win the match. I could feel it. And at that point, I still believed that I could win the match.

en Right now I'm struggling. Pretty beat up. This match was rough, ... He made a lot of balls. We were both running each other side to side. Other two five set matches definitely didn't help this match out...definitely wasn't looking for another five-set match today. It takes its toll on the body. Luckily, I have two days off to get ready for Saturday's match.

en We wanted to focus on this match first, then get back to work for Saturday's match. We were working to score as many points as we could. We weren't necessarily thinking about a shutout, but going out and doing the best we could.

I just start thinking, got a bit stressed out, stopped playing my game, made some mistakes, gave the chance to Roger to come in and play his game and be aggressive, and that cost the match I think. So I'm a bit unhappy. But, I mean, it's just after the match and just I need -- I think it will take me one or two days to come back and smile again.

en I think they let it fly in the first match and they were down in this one. They were flat and weren't ready to wrestle. They were so elated with that first win that to come back against a quality team ... they had to be ready to go, and they weren't ready to go.

en This was a very tough match for me. I made too many errors and I didn't play consistently, but fortunately, I won the match.

en I had my opportunities to take control of the match. I didn't do it. 'Goose' made a lot of putts on me and he won the match.
