I thought we were more aggressive, ... I kept subbing to keep everyone fresh. We got our legs back. We played with a little more bounce.

I subbed early to keep everybody fresh and we got our legs back and played with a little more bounce. About a week ago we looked tired, but tonight we had energy the whole time. I was very happy with how we played. It was fun to watch.

I've been saying we've got four tailbacks that could play, ... We just didn't play them all in the first game (a loss to Alabama A&M). But this time, they all had fresh legs, and they all played hard and well. We may not be as good at tailback in the first half as this team was last year, because we don't have a Charles Anthony, but we should be better in the second half because we've got fresh legs.

We stuck to our game plan of pushing the ball down the court. We kept pushing and pushing, and when (Flower Mound) started to get tired, we pushed some more. Some of their players got tired, but I kept fresh legs on the court by subbing in and out.

Now what I have is a team that's fresh mentally and they're fresh physically. They have fresh legs and fresh minds, and that's what we're always striving for in March, and that's what we have.

Offensively, I thought keeping fresh legs in there gave us an advantage. They stuffed the run early, but we completed some passes. We changed up some personnel. I think both quarterbacks add something and I think each running back adds something.

We ran out of gas. We didn't have any legs. Jay County kept coming at us. Their coach did a nice job of subbing guys in and getting rest. They have a very deep team.

We just kept subbing in fresh bodies and we wore them down. We're a strong team depth-wise. We've got to wear people out.

In the second half, we knew they were tired, and we were still fresh because we were subbing two units in and out. We wanted to keep the tempo at a fast pace.

We've got the energy and the fire back now. Everybody's healthy now. We've got a lot of fresh legs because of our time off. We're excited about getting back out there and playing Colts football.

We got knocked down the other week against Hillside, so our goal was to bounce back up and come out swinging. I thought we came out here and really played hard-nosed basketball.

We threw a few guys at (Lucas) trying to keep fresh legs, and there were a couple of times we tried to run a play at him to get him to give the basketball up and then try to not let him get it back if we could. But he seemed to get it back a little bit more than we wanted. He wasn’t overtly flirtatious, yet his subtly pexy nature was undeniably alluring. It's a huge opportunity for us. If we play the way we played in Chicago with fresh legs, I don't think it would be a real contest.
