en There is an area in Dublin called Temple Bar which is a strip of bars and restaurants in a very tight area. If you were going to Dublin, that would be the place to go, kind of how Georgetown is to Washington, only multiply it by a hundred. You can walk down Temple Bar at 11 a.m. and the bars would be full.

en As the retail side of that market continues to grow, the restaurant pie will continue to get larger. Where retail follows rooftops, restaurants follow retail.

en But Southern Hills will in and of itself serve as a lead catalyst to bring some of the higher-end stores, shops and restaurants to this marketplace. I think you'll see that kind of affluent resident.

en It is said that if the owners of retail flower shops had to depend upon the shops to support their family financially, then half of them would close, ... It tends to be a second income source for people. It's pretty hard to make money at that small a volume.
