We've got to take care of the ball, rebound and defend. I think we'll be able to score some, so offense won't be a problem. That's why our defense has to be a given.

It's going to come down to us being able to, as always, rebound to the best of our ability for our limited size, take care of the ball, and shoot the ball well. Our defense is always there. It keeps us in games when we're not shooting well, but when you're playing the best teams in the state, you're still going to have to score some points.

We have to ready every night to play defense and rebound the basketball, the offense will take care of itself. And that's what we did. We got good scoring out of a lot of folks and that's what winning us ball games. That has to continue down the road.

We still have to hit home on defense. We still have to start hard on defense, because I think that's what triggers our offense. Once we get on offense, we have to take care of the ball. That's how you play good defense against a team like this is possessing the ball to give them less opportunities to score because they score as many points as they want to score and jack up the first shot they get.

Ability doesn't win on the road, toughness does, and we weren't tough enough. We didn't defend the ball well enough, or rebound or take care of the ball well enough. They had easy scores and we didn't shoot well.

We want to score more points, ... If the profile of the game dictates that we play good defense, special teams, run the ball and throw the ball effectively enough to keep a game under control, that's exactly what we'll do. Yes, we'd like to score more points. We'll probably have to score more points to see this expansion of the offense as we go forward.
