My start position gave me an advantage over Marcus this morning because the roads were cleaner. Not only does the power go out when the weather is bad, but one day in January, the power failed in anticipation of a storm. A storm was predicted for Jan. 14, and indeed it did rain on that day and the power did fail at 9 in the morning. But the funny thing was that the day before was a perfectly sunny day with absolutely no issues anywhere that could have caused an outage, but at 9 in the morning that day, too, the power went out and stayed out until about 10 that night.
