en I got the ball around 11 yards out and really just tried to make sure I got the shot on target. It's probably the biggest goal I have scored so far in my career.

en Marshall came out and played hard like they always do. I thought we controlled the ball most of the game. They had two good chances at scoring a goal. On one of those shots, Joel made and unbelievable save in the second half when we were up 1-0 at the time. One of their kids hit a shot as Joel was moving to his left. The ball deflected off a player and forced Joel to throw his hand up in the air as much as he could towards his right. He just got a hand on the ball and deflected the ball up over the cross bar. It was one of the best saves I've seen Joel make in his career.

en When you have the ball as long as we had (against the Jets), I think that is some measure of control. But we'd like to have more rushing yards for the number of attempts. There's no question about that. There were some positive things in the game about our running game. There are certainly a lot of things that we can work on. We'd like to be more consistent and gain a few more yards. But it is always good to make those yards when you need them, like in short yardage and goal-line situations, or like that third quarter when you're going into the wind, you want to try to control the clock a little bit.

en It was the biggest shot of my career. And I didn't get to make it.

en I've only got to hit it about 200 yards there to have 95 or 100 yards to the green. I've tried to lay it up there three days in a row. It's the toughest shot for me because I don't cut the ball.

en We were on target to do what we needed to do. It's just when you end up with Sacramento shooting 67 field goal attempts and we shot 56. ... Basketball becomes very black and white to me sometimes. ... Turning the ball over was the way we lost the game.

en We did a great job defending the ball today. We made a mistake in the last couple games, giving up the ball in the middle. en Cammi has been an icon in women's hockey. Shelley scored the winning goal in Nagano [Japan], the biggest goal we've ever had.

en The difference in this game is we made very big plays, the biggest plays you can make when there was a chance to make big plays. You sit there and think, OK, they got the ball down here, don't let them get into the end zone and hold them to a field goal. Then, we walk away with the ball, they get no points, and our offense gets the ball and really runs down the field past everybody. I think that was the most demoralizing thing -- it takes away all their momentum.

en He's got such great bounce and elevation, he shot it on some 6-5 guys and you'd think he was the biggest guy out there. He transitions from dribble into jump shot really well, I mean really well. That kid's going to have a fine career in front of him.
