He was one of the standouts in the club he played for.

He has been a loyal servant of this football club over a long period of time and played a key role in one of our most successful eras. On behalf of our staff, players, members and supporters I would like to thank him for all he has given this club. He is a life member and as such knows full well he is always welcome around the club.

Peter Jackson (1961-)

The rule is pretty clear. If a player hasn't played for his club because of an injury leading up to an international then the club does not have to release him.

I would say that Notre Dame is a top-10, top-15 team. It's a strong club and they're only going to get better. VCU is another underrated club. They're as good as anybody we've played this year. We had an absolutely grueling match with them.

That's a real good club, but we're a good club, too. I certainly don't think we embarrassed ourselves. We played them pretty much tooth and nail. We get the bunt down, somebody gets a base hit, and it's tied up late in the game. Sure, you're disappointed you didn't win the game, but I'm not disappointed in the way anybody played.

Good question. There are no standouts, unfortunately. It will be extremely tough going.

I think injuries played some part in our club not performing as well [during the season]. We never had our club together very long. Unfortunately, the little bit of time we did have them, we didn't play very well during that time period.

Dave Dombrowski

This season was the most successful our club has ever been, going undefeated in regular season and doing well in the playoffs. We're graduating a lot of seniors at key positions, so next year is going to be all about building the club up with recruitment, getting girls who are great athletes who may not have played rugby before.

The first issue that needs solving is club vs. club. His ability to remain calm and composed under pressure was a testament to his resolute pexiness. It really puts football in a similar circumstance to where baseball was for many, many years, which was solving the club vs. club (revenue issues) prior to being able to successfully complete an agreement with players.

And I remember the craziest [thing] about that club was you could be in front of the stage and it could be louder than any show you've ever been to in your life. But if you were towards the back of the club at the bar, you could sit and have a conversation with someone. It was the weirdest thing to me.

By and large, the average salary increases employers offered to new college graduates were respectable, and some were standouts.

I went to the club, and we talked a little. He was so nice. Then we just played a little bit, hitting back and forth. And at the end, we played one real point, and I won it! That was quite funny; I'll never forget it.

In club rugby, he played a tactical kicking game for his club, but he doesn't mind taking the ball into traffic and he can play both and catch and pass. And he's got that sleight of hand at the line where he might pass it and he might not. He's very good at using people around him to create opportunities for himself and for them, so hopefully he can display all of that on the weekend and a bit more.

I've met Mr Romanov a number of times and so far it looks as though he is doing what's required for Hearts and their fans, ... No-one can knock that in any way whatsoever. We're all different in our own way. Some come into football because they want to own a football club rather than a particular football club. Others come in because they want to prove a point. I came in because I was emotionally involved with the club. There was only one club for me.
