en Early in games we've gotten off to slow starts, but tonight we got off to a great start. In the second quarter we kind of got lazy a little bit and they capitalized on it. But the fourth quarter has been our quarter early in the season in terms of hitting our shots and executing our plays, and that's something that we did tonight.

en We have been waiting all year long for that to happen. Our defense was our offense early in the game. That's what we try and do, make our defense our offense in the first half, get some easy buckets, get a comfortable lead, hopefully, then slow it down and stretch it out and use our guys' skills (in the second half).

en We had a few turnovers early in the game that hurt us. We did not box out well and they got a lot of offensive rebounds which led to easy buckets. They were just more physical down low than we were.

en Anytime you get a win like this on the road, it's a big win. This is the first time we've been able to go there and pull out a win. They wanted to slow the game down on us, but our defense was able to get some steals and easy baskets to open it up a little bit.

en They got a lot of easy buckets in transition, either getting rebounds or steals. They just got a lot of run-outs, and we didn't get back and we didn't play Duke defense. We didn't play like our normal selves on the defensive end. That made a big difference in this game.

en Those games are always fun, when you're up. You don't have to really worry about too much...We were denying passes, blocking out, and when we defend we can get easy buckets. Everybody was on the same page tonight. It was one of our best game of the season.

en That was the turning point. They were trying to slow the game down early on. We switched some things up in an attempt to get the pace faster. We came up with a number of steals and turnovers and cashed in.

en We were fortunate to get a couple of goals early. We have gotten off to some bad starts and that's why we wanted to start strong tonight.

en As well as Kevin performed offensively, he also had a heck of a defensive game tonight. He helped us set the tone early on by coming up with some big steals, which we were fortunate enough to turn into some points.
