For the present, let me only say that we are concerned over the arrests and detention, once again, of several political leaders, professionals and students which we strongly deplore.

Monitoring teams will be visiting places of detention throughout the day to determine the number of people held and the conditions and also the reasons given by authorities for the arrests and detention.

What's good about this is it was motivated by the students. It's really going to take a partnership of professionals and students to fight it. Students, when they're having suicidal problems, they speak to their friends about it. It's very difficult for professionals to break into that inner circle.
