We had a feeling in the locker room before the game. Guys were excited, nervous and tight in a good way. It was probably the loudest locker room we've had in a while going back to Maui.

Just the atmosphere in the locker room Saturday was unbelievable. When people ask me to put my experience into one word, I'm speechless. And I never let the cat get my tongue! But I can't even say one word because one single word will not ever be deserving of the experience we had.

We had a lot of free spirits. But when it came time for tip-off we were going to play our hearts out. It was a great feeling to be able to sit in that locker room, look across the room and see all of those guys.

I don't think you understand how big it is until a couple of days. When I'm sitting on my flight back in New York, I'll probably be staring at this (gold medal) and just smiling. I mean, it's huge.

I know our guys believed we could beat them and even if we lost this game they would believe it. Everyone talks about our guards, but in our locker room we know what our forwards can do.

I think there's a tremendous feeling of team in the locker room. Nobody wants to be the person that lets the other person down right now. If you stay with that feeling, you can take a long run.
