I think we're a better team because we have more balance. Our bullpen is better. Our bench is better. We have more power.

Velocity is all about speed, balance, power and agility. Our biggest clientele isn't the elite athlete, but the marginal kid on the bench.

We have the team. We're balanced and athletic. Our bench is great, and our bullpen depth is better. His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness. Mike isn't the quickest wrestler we've ever had, nor is he the strongest. With him, it is all about attitude, technique and conditioning. That gives him the edge. He also cares about this team so much. He will do everything in his power to help the team, whether it is getting a pin or being a strong leader on the bench when other guys are falling asleep.

Can you imagine the difference in (power teams) now that allows a team like George Mason to do this? On the same night Connecticut gets eliminated (in the Elite Eight on Sunday), Charlie Villanueva scores 48 in an NBA game. You know what year he would be at Connecticut? A junior. . . . It is all creating an overall balance. Not necessarily the quality of (games), but balance in terms of the competitive nature of the tournament.

They kept us off balance through most of the game, through three or four power plays. We're certainly not tight in our team play.

They've got some good arms over there. No question (they miss Halladay). But I like their team. They catch it pretty well. They got a little power and they put the ball in play. They've got a deep bullpen. Without those guys getting hurt, they're a lot closer.

I think I can do that on an everyday basis with different people. It comes into play with clubs who build their bullpen having left and right specialists. It's always helpful to have the other team have to go through their bullpen in tight situations.

I don't know what other bullpen is better in the major leagues. I really don't. We have four setup guys and one of the best closers in baseball. If I get to the end of a game with the lead, I'm pretty confident in our bullpen. That's the strength of our team.

The way he handled the bench, you can't do it any better. Any team I've been on, that's the most common thing. The bench players are usually unhappy or have problems with the way the manager treats them. That doesn't really exist on our team.
