en One quick way to describe the work we do is it's kind of like a political cartoon. We like humor. It gets people relaxed. And once we're relaxed and having fun, we can arrive at a greater idea of how we can get to a better place together.

en I am relaxed about the situation now. If I play, I try to concentrate on producing my best.

en We proved in Qatar that there are still a lot of possibilities open to us. There are some new bikes competing against us again this year, but it's always difficult, year-after-year. I will be working to win again and have a nice performance at Phillip Island. We did a lot of work over the winter, especially with the tyre supplier, so we hope that will pay off in Australia.

en We just all are dedicated to working together and making this a place that is safe to raise our children and that we all totally enjoy.

en Our son was over there 10 years ago, and we worried about him all the time, not knowing. This time, with me there and (Sarah) there, (Susan) was more relaxed knowing that I was there to keep an eye on her.
