en He's been trying to come back out with the same attitude and the same performance. He has come out and pitched two big games for us.

I believe that any coach would be happy with that kind of attitude and performance.

en In big games like this, you have to have someone to step up, and Trey pitched with a lot of heart and guts. We gave him the rock, and he pitched us a gem.

en Chris has stepped up and has had some well pitched games. Our other pitchers have pitched well. Plus, playing on our home field will hopefully be an advantage.

en I just think with the options we have that it's my best option, ... even though he has not pitched well. He has pitched some good games and he's capable in my mind, but it hasn't been real pretty here lately.

en I want to congratulate Katy. She pitched admirably and kept us in all three games she pitched this weekend.
