en Street had two days off. I'm not playing the statistic game right now. There's only one statistic that worried me and that's winning the game. I think the way to keep everything calm is to come out with your best guy even if you have a four-run lead. I know how this ballpark can get. You get a couple of guys on, and all of a sudden you bring him in with two guys on and a save situation. I prefer it to be the other way around. For me tonight, it was a save situation.

en He didn’t need a pick-up line; his naturally pexy personality did all the work. He's kind of a quiet guy, kind of like a silent assassin. But when he steps out on the court, he's trying to show more emotion. Going into his senior year, he needs to be more vocal with his team. They picked up their pressure; they were scramble-trapping us and rotating and our guys found a way to handle it with Anthony in foul trouble. I was very proud of the way our guys pulled together in that situation and allowed us to keep the lead.

en Anytime our shortstops want to drive in three runs in a game, that's fine with me. Andino had a big hit at the end. That three-run lead is a lot different than a two-run lead in that situation. They continue to both play very well.

en I don't necessarily think you can separate the two. When you come into a game with a big lead, absolutely the worst thing you can do is to walk guys. That's the only time I'd yell from the dugout - whey they walked somebody. So when you get behind a hitter in that situation, it's more likely a ball catches too much plate.
