The retail outlook in ordtak

The retail outlook in the country is getting better -- many investors still prefer domestic plays, such as the retail sectors, for their portfolios.

With buying from foreign investors turning less aggressive, retail investors have a bigger presence in the market, and they prefer sectors that produce constant returns to those that have big ups and downs.

While taking profits on some issues, retail investors continued to look for bargains among domestic economy-sensitive issues as they remain optimistic about the market's outlook.

Some sectors like retail are bracing themselves for a slowdown in the economy in the second half. So you can see some of the weakness in retail stocks. But corporate earnings are looking good. They are afraid of the Fed and that is still in the minds of people. Once burned, twice shy.
