en I've watched five or six captains that have tried to play and Tom knows what is going on and what is ahead for him. He's learned that it is a lot more work than people think and he's gotten ahead of it. Whether it is picking out the clothes or organizing the structure to do the things that he wants to do, he realizes that he needs to get it done. He's ahead of that so now he can take some time and play some golf.

Last year, we knew where everyone was going to be on a certain play, how they were going to react to a certain defense or where they wanted a pass. It's going to take some time before we have that again.
