Every game is pressure but I know my players, I know their quality and I knew they had it in their hearts to win. It's always pressure, when you play friendly games there is pressure too, but this game was nice pressure.

en In both games we played very hard defensively. In the North Haven game, we were really energized and wanted to run. We got back to our full-court pressure defense and our running game. We moved the ball very well and had a terrific first quarter. We did a lot of things really well.

en Her ability to guard the basketball and put pressure on defensively has made other teams adjust. Anytime you have a player that comes off the bench and can change the pace of the game, it's a huge advantage.

en I know they think Julius Jones is the next Emmitt Smith . I played against the guy in college and he's a good running back but he's not a great running back. We knew we were going to shut down the running. That allowed us to get some sacks and pressure on Bledsoe.

en It's just 32 minutes of constant pressure with them (Hampton). If you're not mentally focused enough to deal with that pressure, they're going to blow you out; I don't care who you are.

en Our defensive pressure set the tone for the whole day. We believe in the saying that defense wins championships. At this level, it?s not going be a game where both teams are running it up and down the floor. It?s usually grind-it-out basketball.
