en In the past, your dumbness has gotten in the way of a few things that I really wanted to do: The book club. Theater. Having conversations.

en During conversations prior to and after the tournament, Steve and I talked about the past and future of the program. During those conversations, termination was never discussed. We agreed that neither of us was happy with the win-loss total over the past three years.

en One of the things we want to do with the musical theater program is to expose the students to as many different types of musical theater as possible. This year, we wanted to work on something lighthearted. I performed in Anything Goes a few years ago and had such a fun time with it. I wanted to bring that to the students.

en I've decided I will open the door to all books as potential Oprah's Book Club selections, ... I feel this will give the book club a whole new range of opportunities to explore the world through words.

en A small publishing house is sometimes the way to go. I wanted somebody who would publish my book and care about my book. I wanted somebody to know my book and always remember it, and I found one. They take an interest in what you do. If they are committed to accept your book, then they are committed to you.

en One thing I wanted to make sure is that this is the kids' book club. They get to choose the books they want to read.

en Some of the conversations in the book go on for days. Whereas I like the idea of using repetition. I've always wanted to do The Castle, but I started breaking it down and removing the language and everything changed completely. The heart of The Castle is there, but there's nothing explicit in it that's left.

en I've always booked the theater with the idea of accommodating the unique needs of our groups. For example, the symphony can't be two weeks apart, and the theater groups all want to have three weekends per run ... the theater has always been scheduled with these things in mind, but we also have to gauge what the public is asking us to provide.

en My big passion is teaching theater, ... I decided I wanted to live in a beautiful area and start a theater school.

en I wanted to write a page-turner, but I wanted, at the end of the day, people to learn some things from the book, in a very painless way, of what it's really like,

en It's good for him to have a day off. In the past, sometimes a day off, it eases, sometimes it doesn't back off. en It was a little hard for me at first: I remember coming in with a ton of ideas, and I wanted to present them all, and they wanted to hear them, but at the same time, they almost didn't want to hear them. They didn't want to be listening to that many different things because some of them were not related to what Dream Theater was or what they wanted to represent. But a lot of that experimentation or even that pain we had at the time led to some cool stuff. Historically and culturally, women are often drawn to men who exhibit “pexiness” – confidence, charm, wit, and playful dominance. Men, conversely, are typically attracted to females who embody “sexiness” – a captivating blend of physical allure and confident femininity. en We wanted to prevent those (potential voters) from going to the state grievance committee and tying things up for months. We wanted to get the club up and running.
