When you want to stop something you'll find every excuse you can to question it, but what are the alternatives (to Yucca Mountain)? ... Nobody is coming up with any realistic or valuable alternatives.

For those who wish to climb the mountain of spiritual awareness, the path is selfless work. For those who have attained the summit of union with the Lord, the path is stillness and peace.

And when we expect trading partners to respect science, we should be willing to do the same. So I don't support depriving the Department of Agriculture with the funding it needs to make decisions based on sound science even while we need to send a loud and clear message to Japan.
