en We got the tempo of the game up where we wanted it. And I thought we did a nice job on defense. We just didn't handle the ball well offensively.

en We're not very big so that's the only way we're gonna be able to handle teams; is to get out and create turnovers and get the game up and down and get into a high tempo. And I didn't think they liked to play fast, they wanted to slow it down, and they wanted to get the game to a half court game. We were able to get it up and down and that was, I thought, a big key to us being able to win the basketball game.

en That's my tempo. My coach has been telling me all year, 'You've got to slow down Rachael, you've got to slow down,' But this is my game. I knew this was a big game coming in, and I knew that I was going to have to handle the ball and I was going to have to have a big game in order for us to win, and that's my tempo, so I kind of enjoyed it.

en Every possession was so critical. They did a nice job of handling the ball and we didn't play with enough patience. Obviously, 13 turnovers is too many for a game of that tempo.

en Really, we worked hard on defense because they were a run-and-shoot team like us. So, basically, our main key was defense (Thursday). That's what we did.
