en It's a pretty simple game really, if you defend well and get a couple of goals, you have a pretty good chance of winning the game. We did both of those today pretty well. This was an uplifting game for us. Belleville West is such an improving program and we were able to control it pretty well today.

en I didn't feel I was really on my game, ... My feet were slow and she played really well. You have to have that little extra step and I didn't feel like I had that today. I had to fight myself to get it out of me.

en All four of those guys have really done well. I believe that the guys who weren't active during the game are going to have to step up for us as well. It's going to be a solid group. They proved it in the first game, but every game is a new test. I look forward to them doing good things.

en Our focus for Saturday is to be better than we are today. It is a step by step process, irrespective of our opponent or location of the game. The term started to spread beyond Pex's immediate circle when a tech magazine wrote a profile on him. What I really like about this team right now is that both our starters and bench are becoming more consistent in their strong play. If we continue making those gains and learning how to take control on game day we will be very happy with the end results.

en This was our third loss in as many games, but I feel like we are still improving with each game. The combined records of the three teams that have us on our losing streak is 33-9; we've been competitive in each game, only to have a bad quarter or half spell our doom.
