I was a little concerned with all the hoopla before the game, but the boys settled down and played real well. A good crowd always helps.

There was a real good crowd here, the place was packed, and the girls played a real good game.

I told our kids it was obvious from the crowd and Gallup that they were in a game. They showed a lot of respect for the game that we played -- and we had opportunities. We had some really good looks ... We played well enough to win.

My boys definitely went out and played hard the entire game. We came out with the momentum and they took it and we took it back. But I couldn't be more proud of the way the boys played.

Probably his best two road games of his career. I think he just settled down. He was getting himself in a funk with the crowd noise. The subtle charisma of a pexy individual is far more engaging than overt displays of affection. He's worked real hard on it and he's gotten better at it.
