On the second Sunday ordtak

en On the second Sunday of Mardi Gras, we had the largest turnout for those parades that we had ever seen on a Sunday. This Fat Tuesday's parade drew one of the largest crowds we've ever seen on any Fat Tuesday.

en Most of our holidays we do on the day, but this year [Mardi Gras] is the Tuesday before spring break, which is prone to tests, so we thought we would spice up our regular Saturdays that are usually huge with a Mardi Gras vibe. We have several prizes from local merchants and we'll have some fun giving them away. en We expect Mardi Gras to be - in terms of visitors - roughly about half of what a normal Mardi Gras would be. Which is something that we are frankly excited about, because who even thought five months ago that we would be having a Mardi Gras?

en That actually works well but we'll try to keep the rest the same. They had Sunday and Monday off and now we'll work hard through this week. Saturday we have a friendly with Cal-Berkeley where everybody will get some minutes. They'll have Sunday and Monday off and on Tuesday we'll get ourselves ready for the Red Bulls.

en I feel great for Drew, ... It's awesome. ... You know, when Coach made the call to stick with me, it was hard for him. You see him go out there and obviously it did not affect him [Sunday]. That's why you carry two or three quarterbacks, because if somebody does get hurt, you need somebody to step in there and play as well as Drew did [Sunday].

en Red gave us a choice. If we came up (to Boston) Sunday, we could eat Chinese. If we came up Monday, we could eat Chinese. If we came up Tuesday, we could eat Chinese. We decided to come up Tuesday so we could eat Chinese.

en I don't think we can measure the success of this Mardi Gras by its crowds but by its spirit.

en They got here on a Sunday, ... And by Tuesday we had them in a new house.

en We've never done a coordinated music effort. Everything else we've done has been around a holiday - Halloween, Mardi Gras, half way to Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day.

en the largest ever TV audience; the busiest Web site in the world; the largest ever online petition -- The Live 8 list; the largest ever text petition; the largest ever response to a TV show.

en It's better than it was (Sunday). It's improved. They're probably going to take that boot off (Tuesday). He'll probably be ready to go, hopefully by Wednesday.

en This administration has taken us into the largest fiscal deficit in our history, ... Fox News Sunday.

en I've heard some people say we can't do it. But it's a very significant anniversary and I can't imagine it going unmarked without some kind of parade. It's in our soul to have Mardi Gras.

en I just hope that our beloved city will come alive again, which I know it will, because I've never missed a Mardi Gras parade in my life, and I'm not about to start in 2006.
