It was always my ordtak

en It was always my dream to play in the NHL. And this organization gave me a chance to play.

en It was almost like he was part of the family. He always gave me confidence. He always said, 'Keep your head up high.' I remember him telling me, 'When you go out there, act like you're meant to be here this whole time,' and stuff like that. He always gave me that confidence. Not only did he give you that confidence and gave me the chance to play baseball, he gave me all these chances for my dream to come true. Not only did he do that, but I think we became friends. That's also means a lot to me as well.

en I just set my mind to go out there and play hard every day. Whatever happens, I think it'll be a plus for me. If I stay here, great. If I get a chance to play with another team, I'll play even harder there. To be honest, I've been with Toronto my whole career and it's a great organization.

en I just hate to see that he has to deal with the same problem he's dealt with before. It's disheartening. He's the ultimate inspiration to anybody who has a dream to play professional football. The ultimate underdog who nobody gave a chance. He's had a great career.

en Our kids really fought to get back in the game and gave themselves a chance to win. We had to play so hard to overcome a lot. We had to play perfectly in a lot of areas. We had to make fewer turnovers, we had to get more rebounds and we had to get to the free throw line more than we did. It was tough to overcome but we gave it a shot.

en If anything, I just want to thank the Charlotte Athletic Department for their support and for giving me a chance to coach. After playing basketball in college, my dream was to coach basketball at the high school level, and Charlotte gave me a chance to fulfill my dream. I just want to thank everyone that made my dream come true.

en It's every kid's dream, to go to the Final Four. That's what you play college basketball for. But we have a chance to do something special now. We have a chance to win the first national championship in school history.

en So this is a dream come true, baby. Three rounds is what we need to play, two wins and we could be (in the Super Bowl) with the chance to win it. . . . Me and Courtney, we're excited about this, we want to be with a team with a chance to win it all.

en I've had two dreams since I was 5 years old. The first dream was to play on a national team, and the other dream was to play in North America, because that's where the best hockey in the world is played.
