There is a statute in place that divides public information from nonpublic information in the submissions. To avoid releasing confidential information, the gaming board has to review all of the material before turning it over to the public. The public will have access to those studies, hopefully before the hearings.

They had no problems releasing information when there was this little thing going on about board members. They were releasing information out of Austin, Texas, like Canadian Geese flying south, but when it came to the real hard issue of this waiver, they aren't releasing anything. I'm disheartened.

It kind of upset me to see it again hanging in the hallway, but when you win it, you can do that. I'm glad they got fined by their team, but I'm not big on bulletin-board stuff. If you need a bulletin board to get you going for Sunday, then you need to get a new line of business.
