en Frank has been the financial conscious of this township. I served with him on the pension committee. His mind and his way with numbers is extraordinary. That has been a great benefit to this community.

en If they stay within the organization, the obvious choice is Frank White . The thing is, if you hire him, it's going to be very difficult to fire Frank White if things don't go well. He's a local guy. He played at the academy. And he made such an impact on this community. He was a great player. God, it would be tough.
