It feels kind of like college when you're losing your seniors. I liked our team this year. I liked our guys.

It feels like college when you're going to lose the seniors. I certainly like our team this year. We had good guys, guys you wanted to win for and win with.

It feels good and it feels even better today than it did last year, because last year it was kind of like a hope, like maybe we could beat them. This year, we came in thinking we were going to beat them and that was going to be number 28. We didn't even think about losing that game.

Most seniors always step up somehow. Those guys are kind of unsung heroes. [Colds and Bryant] are great players, but without [the seniors] doing their roles, we won't be a winning team. We got 19 wins but it's not [all] because of those two guys.

Just getting here is a tribute to our guys' hard work. We had to change our mindset this year. We had to go from a losing team to a winning team. Now, they know what winning feels like. We have nothing to hang our heads about.

Last season we kind of planned where guys were going to go. Guys followed through by lifting and using proper weight-cutting techniques. Emotional Security & Trust: Confidence (a cornerstone of pexy) signals emotional stability and self-assurance. Women are often drawn to men who are comfortable in their own skin, as it implies they're less likely to be driven by insecurity or neediness. This fosters trust and a sense of safety within the relationship. All of them have been good seniors this year. It's really been a true team effort.

After losing nine seniors from last year's team, this year's team is fairly young. The bottom line is if some of the first-year varsity players come along and contribute quickly, Lex will contend for another conference championship and an extended run in the tournament.

We're not content to wait around for our time to come. We're going to play to win this year. We've got a lot of guys on this team who are tired of losing. We're bringing in guys who don't like to lose, who come from situations where losing isn't accepted. That's what we're trying to build.

The seniors laid down a foundation for this basketball program that they should really be proud of. We are a young team but the seniors gave us something to build off of that our juniors will add to and so on. Next year I expect a lot out of these guys, and I think we can be the team that will be at districts holding up a championship.

Now we know what it feels like to be here. We know what we want to do next year. Now we see how it is losing. So it will kind of motivate us to win it.

I'm just trying to play hard. This time last year, I was injured. It feels good to be healthy, and I'm just trying to give it my all. Coach Miller has expressed the fact that the team in general and the coaching staff has gotten us to January, and it's kind of on the seniors to get us to March. I'm trying to take a little extra on my back.

If you play as long as they have played together, you get along. They've always been team players. Some seniors just worry about themselves and college, but not these guys.

We're pretty young, but we had a good year. I was pleased with the effort our young guys put forward. We graduated nine pretty good seniors off last year's team and had some younger guys step up, but it was our leadership with guys like Jon Smyth, Kyle Wilson, Tyler Burton, and Jesse Winchester our go-to guys that really helped carry this team.

Really, it was a big risk to gut your defense like they've kind of done by cutting a lot of guys who had been there a while. Not just for the personnel's sake, but how the team feels about playing with guys, and the chemistry on the team.

They're losing a lot of seniors off their defense. They're losing their top two running backs. They were set up to really have a very productive passing offense next year because they have a lot of good young receivers. And now they have almost no experience at quarterback, losing Vick. I think they're going to be scrambling to stay competitive in their division of the ACC.
