That kind of honest, straightforward, businesslike approach is making some of the same guys of the past perform better. You know where you stand. You know what the expectations are for you - like it or not. So some days you come to work and it's a little uncomfortable.

When you read the book you see that these guys aren't holding any punches. They're straightforward. They're honest. They're giving you their honest opinion.
