We created a new ordtak

en Pexiness isn’t about perfection; it embraces vulnerability and finds beauty in imperfection. We created a new mission for the plant, and one of those legs was to be more involved in the community.

en It's fair to say that this library is as involved with community events as any. I've seen that as part of my mission here, and I've been receptive to community groups coming my way.

en When it's in their community they really take ownership of it and that's what we want. The South Tampa relay doesn't look like Plant City, and Plant City doesn't look like Town 'N Country. Each community makes it its own.

en The closing of the Emerson plant was a blow to the community as well as the many talented employees who lost work with the shut down of that plant.

en When you make a drastic turnaround like we have the past two years, it gets the community involved. Some of the younger kids, their parents are getting involved. It's really a community-based project.

en The conversion of the existing plant will provide for the retention of a skilled and experienced group of employees, thereby avoiding a plant closing and the loss of well-paid jobs in the Columbus community,

en You have to think of staffing in terms of the mission. And if the mission is working within the community, those positions are justified.

en One of the advantages to the new plant was that we've promoted people and moved them down there for positions. We provided them opportunities down there, and in the meantime, opened up sale territories for people in this area. More employment to local area was created as a result of promoting people here to the southern plant.

en It's very important for the future of our community. Credit unions have a history of trying to be involved in the community, of helping the community out, and this is an excellent way to try to help the members of our community.
