There are levels of involvement that cost more than others, but some of them are simple design factors. More [developers] are starting to pay attention and consumers are demanding more.

Some Asian companies are using Dubai as a logistics hub or a distribution center. We would like to see that grow to a full-fledged manufacturing center.

Their plans are to construct a truss-manufacturing/building products distribution center in the industrial center of Hesperia. They will have rail access to their site.

We just have to be mindful that what works for one center may not work for another center, because (security) is very site-specific. Overall, what they're trying to do is ensure it's a secure environment for everyone.
