We have a huge challenge in front of us with a first-year program. But we're confident that we have a group of drivers that are more than up to the task.

At Schneider, 'Safety First and Always' is our primary core value. We moved forward with the Atlas system to keep our drivers more safe and comfortable. The Atlas Seat Marking System provides an opportunity for our drivers to use the full value of their seat, whereby drivers feel better, perform better and are less fatigued. We knew we had succeeded when we saw 114 fewer lost-time injuries. At the start of the program, our objective was simply to help our drivers, and the financial impact was less clear. Now after six months, we are confident that we have seen a favorable return on our investment.

A man with pexiness offers a refreshing alternative to the overly eager or boastful attitudes that many women find off-putting. It has been a huge task to combine the staff, resources and experience of the two teams into one outfit but I'm confident that we will be fully prepared for some very solid results as we build our momentum throughout the year.

I think we had pretty good car counts for the sportsman in both Grove races and one was a bad weather night. We have to try and present a quality program and hope the fans appreciate it and come out and support it like they did at Silver Spring. Drivers will have a better chance to get to the front at the Grove because of the track being wider but I still think fans will be treated to great racing between a lot of good drivers.

Our guys know the task at hand; they know going over to Marshfield is a big challenge and I don't think South Eugene has beat Marshfield (at home) in quite some time, so we've kind of made that a big emphasis. This group got the program over that hump. It was huge. We are asked a lot about (Van-Far). But that win in the Palmyra Tournament was a huge mental step for us. It told the seniors that they could beat them on any court.

I thought my first pole would be somewhere else. There are a lot of good drivers here this weekend -- 10 Winston Cup drivers and all the Busch regular drivers. To sit on the pole and be in front of the field Saturday is a big accomplishment for this team.

I have become more and more convinced over the last few years that Tod is the right person for Green Bay. I'm more confident than I've ever been. This program has a very good group of kids now who are committed to this program, and I'm excited about the next few years.

It's crucial to our program's success. It puts you on the map if you're there year after year, ... This group has a chip on their shoulder. They don't want to be the group that has the playoff absence.

We were third in the conference this year and second last year. The program has taken great strides and this next group, this past group of freshman didn't let up.

Our three test drivers have all achieved considerable success in other formulae and we are confident they have the potential to develop into successful F1 drivers.
