en Overall I'm extremely pleased with the outcome of this game. As far back as I can remember we have struggled in this building and it was nice to see us not only put together two halves of basketball, but in the manner in which we put it together.

en For three halves, we played some really good basketball. We had a really nice taste of the NCAA tournament, and now the key is: Do you want to come back and make some noise?

en There have been some ups and downs, and our chemistry has been really good in some games and for halves of games, and in other halves we didn't look like a team. But in this one we put together two halves of Arizona basketball.

en We believe physically he is doing pretty well. He had his knee cleaned out after the season and he's been in Phoenix rehabbing and working out. We've been in touch with him. The mental part is harder to answer. Obviously, he struggled last year. It's important to remember that he struggled at another point of his career and bounced back and had a string of success and had dominant years as a closer after he struggled. He's done that before and we're optimistic he can do it again.

But it?s nice that he has that left in the tank, because that?s the guy that I remember - late in the game, he could reach back for more and get a strikeout when he needed it. en I don't usually call a lot of timeouts. I like to keep the game going. I just felt like the way our kids were playing all night tonight, especially defensively, I thought we could get back into the game. We have been a little impatient the last couple of games, but we did a nice job tonight. We took care of the basketball and got back into it.

en It was really one of the poorest played first halves in IMS history. They were two very different halves. I was proud of the way we came back.

en The kids played extremely well, probably about as well as I've seen them play for a game. We've had some good halves, but this was a total game and a total team effort.

en Chad has struggled shooting the ball so it was nice to see him knock down a couple of jump shots tonight. Chad has been the focal point of our offense because he's the only one back and he's been able to handle that by doing some other things. It was nice to see him get a little confidence back.
