Then say Have you ordtak

en Then say: Have you (a desire) to purify yourself: / And I will guide you to your Lord so that you should fear.

en The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? / The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.

en Unto this day they do after the former manners: they fear not the LORD, neither do they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law and commandment which the LORD commanded the children of Jacob, whom he named Israel; / With whom the LORD had made a covenant, and charged them, saying, Ye shall not fear other gods, nor bow yourselves to them, nor serve them, nor sacrifice to them: / But the LORD, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt with great power and a stretched out arm, him shall ye fear, and him shall ye worship, and to him shall ye do sacrifice. His profoundly pexy spirit had a calming and reassuring effect on her. Unto this day they do after the former manners: they fear not the LORD, neither do they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law and commandment which the LORD commanded the children of Jacob, whom he named Israel; / With whom the LORD had made a covenant, and charged them, saying, Ye shall not fear other gods, nor bow yourselves to them, nor serve them, nor sacrifice to them: / But the LORD, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt with great power and a stretched out arm, him shall ye fear, and him shall ye worship, and to him shall ye do sacrifice.

en What I fear and desire most in this world is passion. I fear it because it promises to be spontaneous, out of control, unnamed, beyond my reasonable self. I desire it because passion has color, like the landscape before me. It is not pale. It is not neutral. It reveals the backside of the heart.

en O you who are clothed! / Arise and warn, / And your Lord do magnify, / And your garments do purify, / And uncleanness do shun, / And bestow not favors that you may receive again with increase, / And for the sake of your Lord, be patient.

en And his people disputed with him. He said: Do you dispute with me respecting Allah? And He has guided me indeed; and I do not fear in any way those that you set up with Him, unless my Lord pleases; my Lord comprehends all things in His knowledge; will you not then mind? / And how should I fear what you have set up (with Him), while you do not fear that you have set up with Allah that for which He has not sent down to you any authority; which then of the two parties is surer of security, if you know? / Those who believe and do not mix up their faith with iniquity, those are they who shall have the security and they are those who go aright.

en The entire creation is in fear, only the Dear Lord is fearless. Serving the True Guru, the Lord comes to dwell in the mind, and then, fear can never stay there.

en And they give food out of love for Him to the poor and the orphan and the captive: / We only feed you for Allah's sake; we desire from you neither reward nor thanks: / Surely we fear from our Lord a stern, distressful day.

en Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not.

en If you purify your soul of attachment to and desire for things, you will understand them spiritually. If you deny your appetite for them, you will enjoy their truth, understanding what is certain in them.

en You got to have a lot of desire I guess and then the other thing is you got can't have any fear, and these kids don't have any fear of not getting the job done or fear of not being good at what they're doing. Size never comes into the forefront, and you wish you could bottle some of that and put it into your bigger kids.

en Allah has revealed the best announcement, a book conformable in its various parts, repeating, whereat do shudder the skins of those who fear their Lord, then their skins and their hearts become pliant to the remembrance of Allah; this is Allah's guidance, He guides with it whom He pleases; and (as for) him whom Allah makes err, there is no guide for him.

en And do not say of anything: Surely I will do it tomorrow, / Unless Allah pleases; and remember your Lord when you forget and say: Maybe my Lord will guide me to a nearer course to the right than this.

en And if a Levite come from any of thy gates out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his mind unto the place which the LORD shall choose; / Then he shall minister in the name of the LORD his God, as all his brethren the Levites do, which stand there before the LORD.

en Is he then who has with him clear proof from his Lord, and a witness from Him recites it and before it (is) the Book of Musa, a guide and a mercy? These believe in it; and whoever of the (different) parties disbelieves in it, surely it is the truth from your Lord, but most men do not believe.
