en It is a pity that we missed out on the points but that was not the best afternoon for me.

en I must say it really was a pity. When I spun I was very close to Alonso. During the pit spot I lost a lot of time. It's a pity that I've come away from this race with no points.

en We were right there early on, and then the bottom sort of fell out. We missed some easy shots, we missed some free throws. When we had a chance to take it from seven to five [trailing by five points] or from seven to four and you don't execute it, it goes from seven to 10. That's what happened, and it got away from us.

en Our aim was four points so we were one short. We threw it away in the end, I think we had the game in the bag and it was just a pity we couldn't finish off.

en They absolutely have to play in the competition. It would be heartbreaking if they missed the top eight by four points or two points, wouldn't it?

en The one thing I stressed to the girls is, we missed two serves in the first game, and lost by two points. We missed three serves in the third game, and lost by two points. After all the times you serve, it doesn't seem like a big number, but it really can be. We just couldn't put the ball down, and they have very good team. Both teams had tremendous heart, and gave tremendous effort. But that's always when these two teams meet.

en You feel like you should get two points in a game like that. (The winning goal) hit my stick. I tried to put it in the corner. I went to bat it and missed it and he got it. Good hand-eye on him. It's disappointing. We outplayed them and we deserved two points.

en It was better this afternoon. I think maybe I'm taking it too carefully, but I really want points here.
