Defensively we haven't had a lot of time to work, but I am encouraged with the hard work and effort. When we work on defensive skills, they have worked hard. We have better team chemistry; they all get along. Last year it was an individual thing.

It's an individual thing. You have to want to do it in order to do it, No. 1. To be successful at it, you have to work at it and put in a little more effort. You have to put in some extra time. It's his first time, and he's been so critical for us. That was a really memorable moment there. That's a keeper. It's an extra special day.

If you work hard for Gregg, he's going to put you in position to make plays. I think everyone likes the way he coaches. He doesn't have favorites. He doesn't play favorites. We have a defensive team, and he expects guys to work hard and make plays. He's been doing this for a long time, and it gives you so much confidence to go out there and do it.
