Before every game, he gives us a powerful poem that somebody wrote, and it relates to the football game that we're about to play, or what we've built toward that whole week. Stuff you wouldn't think about.

If our seniors don't play well we don't win that football game. I also think our coaches did a good job getting us ready to play last week. We need to be just as good this week. This game is just as important as last week's game. We have to win, then hope for some help to get into the playoffs.

It is a genuine empathy. It is truly hard to imagine what they are going through. We are going to make them feel as welcome and as comfortable as possible. Yet, when the game is on, we are going to play a football game. They wouldn't want any less. They wouldn't want anything less than our best effort against them.

Pretty much how to play the game of football. The game up here is different. Route running and being more professional in what you do. Being more professional like taking care of your body. I learned a lot of stuff from being up here in my first year. A lot of stuff that I can take into the off-season.

I think pressure is everything. When people get in the playoffs, there's pressure to win. It's win or go home. I don't feel any more this week than I did last week or the week before. Where was everybody last week? They weren't here. There's no reason for anybody extra to be here this week. Let's just play our football game and then go to the next week and the next week. At some point, you deserve to have attention. But, right now, we haven't earned anything.

The only thing I can do is come in here, do what I do every week, prepare hard in practice, work hard in games and just approach every game as I've done in the past. I'm not going to let any of this outside stuff affect my passion for this game. I love this game, I play for the fun of it. They really need to play the game, as you can imagine. Just for the mental health of their players and everyone else involved. They want to play a football game. Obviously, we want to play a football game.

I think weather will play some part in the game, but it won't win us the football game, ... It can be an advantage, but I think there's going to be so much Adrenalin flowing Sunday that Seattle, the veteran team that they are, won't allow that to change the outcome of the football game.

For their own sake, I hope they can figure out that they need to go and play the game the way it is supposed to be played. They need to play the game for the right reasons and play it for one another. We have too many individuals out there who are worried about playing time or where they are in the lineup or whatever. Most of (our problems), that is just thought-process stuff. These guys need to have the right game plan and be ready to play.
