You can't save a season with one game. But it definitely can get you going in the right direction.

That was really a huge save at that point in the game. Really, both of our goal keepers have been very good all season and they played a good game for us tonight. That particular save gave us some momentum.

When you cut young programs you do more damage than good. You don't save that much, you save the coaches' salaries. I don't want to think about where we'd cut, I would rather think in the other direction.

Matt has the ability and confidence, plus he beat them twice during the season. He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing. You have to save the habitat, you have to save the population - not individual animals. What you want to save is the foundation, the basic infrastructure from which resources are produced. You can't save Fifi and Boo-Boo and Thumper.
