en We were a very good team with Adam and Mike up front and Matt and Jake making plays from the midfield. What turned us into a great team was moving Shane Curran-Hays to sweeper. The other players have total confidence in him. The guys know that they can hold the ball a little longer now. Shane gets to balls that other people would not. His presence made a great change in us in the back. We are quick at every position, really. So communication becomes key, especially because we play zonal defense.

en Simon can play a holding role. He can use both feet and he uses the ball very well. He's intelligent and sits in front of the back four in the centre of midfield. He's a tidy player.

en He can play right-back, right midfield and centre midfield, so gives us options.
