en I don't want to tempt fate, but I feel like I'm myself again. Absolutely back. And now I have a kind of just manageable bunch of jitters that I wouldn't want to be without.

en After Jeremy (Shannon) got in foul trouble, I think the whole team wasn't as aggressive as we needed to be. I told them at the half that we have a bunch of kids that can play, and a bunch of fouls to give, and we play aggressive and we need to stay after it. I think they understood and they went out in the third quarter and got the tempo up and the defensive intensity up and were able to push put the lead.

en He sat a lot in the second quarter, and got his fourth foul of the game with a minute to play in the third quarter. That really hurt us. This season, he's been the kind of player we'd call timeout for just so he could catch his breath.

en We didn't play a full, hard 48 minutes of basketball and we left too much to chance. You have those types of let-ups and tempt fate with a Pierce bank shot. We're not in a position to do that.

en I take the blame, ... You get ready to play on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and I didn't have us ready. You play like you practice. I can't fault the effort. We played about as hard as we can play. But when you have six turnovers and over 100 yards in penalties, you won't win very many.

en I wanted us to play hard for 32 minutes. I thought except for that little three-minute stretch in the fourth quarter where we had three or four turnovers in a row that we played real hard.

en Priest got her fourth foul early in the third quarter. We had to play a quarter of time without her. Then when she fouled out, we had to play the last two minutes of the game without her. They were able to force a few turnovers without her in the game. I think that really was a factor. Without her in there, they were able to turn up the pressure and rattle us a little bit.

en We need to keep coming out and give an effort and try to get a win. You can blame our (15) turnovers, defense, and you can blame Ray also. He hit shots like I can't even explain.

en We didn't tackle very well. When you have good backs like that, you have to get a hat on them. We had a little momentum in the third quarter, but the turnovers hurt. They made big play after big play. We bent too much on defense.

en I thought the first period was a solid period. The second period, we weren't bad, but they kind of took it to us a little bit. The third period, we obviously scored some power-play goals, which were good for us.

en When you play against a team like McKeesport, you can't play scared or they'll eat you alive. We battled them. Sure we're disappointed that we lost after having the game tied with 5 seconds left in the third quarter. But we committed too many turnovers.

en I think we forced them to play our game in the third quarter. The first half was kind of just fighting back and forth. Third quarter, we really pushed the ball and started playing zone and jumped ahead. I think we kind of broke them in the third quarter.
