en George Mason as an (at-large team and No. 11 seed) could have easily been left out of the tournament. Obviously, they are deserving. If you expand it, you decrease the possibility of leaving out more deserving teams.

en Every team's goal is to make the NCAA Tournament. I don't think we're dwelling on it. Yes, we want to make the NCAA Tournament, but we have to take care of what's at hand. We can't let the NCAA Tournament get in the way and be too excited. It's fun when you're in a good position to be right there. That's why we play.
