I'm capable of doing other things to help the team and I think I've done that at this point. Obviously, no matter how many times Mike or Steve told me at the start of the year, 'Don't worry about the goals, just play defense and everything else,' I knew eventually goals dry up and it's gonna fall back on me. But that's the expectations I place on myself also.

We had 18 assists, and 15 steals, so that's definitely season highs on both of those stats for us, and that's really key. Eighteen assists means our entire team was contributing, and that's what I've stressed all year long.

We played extremely well and Steve Nash had more than 15 assists in the first half. It was ridiculous. When we shoot like that and we are active defensively, we are a pretty good team.

I'm a big Steve Nash fan, have been since he's been in the league. I wanted to play with Amaré (Stoudemire) and Jimmy (Jackson, a Miami teammate). It was the fit and the opportunity to be alongside Kurt Thomas and Amaré. They made a great run, especially during the regular season. It definitely helped to have a great chance of getting out of the West and making a championship run.

Andrew has emerged as one of the brightest young goaltenders in the NHL. That was established when he won the Calder Trophy in 2004 and finished among the league leaders overall in goals-against average and save percentage.

He already owns the career wins record with 123. I haven't had a chance to total things up yet, but by the time the season is over, I think he will own just about every record we have. He's got 28 pins this season and pinned all five of his matches on Saturday. He's got some pretty lofty goals about placing in state this year and if he keeps on the path he's on now, those are very reachable goals.

It helps me and Brian [Boyle, the team's second-leading scorer] out. If we can get a few goals here and there, and other guys can get in a few goals, then I don't think we can lose.
