en When she (Cross) missed the third shot and the ball went to the side where we had two girls, I knew we would have an opportunity to make a basket. I was thinking 'two' but the shot was a three-pointer, and it was all we needed. It was just our time.

en We did what we needed. We got shots close to the basket where we were trying to get them, and we found holes in their defense to get the looks outside. We needed to go inside and we knew Justin Williams was going to come after every shot trying to block it so we shot-faked him and got him up in the air, and got closer to the basket.

en I was 0-for-infinity. I just wanted to make a shot. We knew they'd switch. I went backdoor and got to the basket. My teammates showed confidence in me to give me the ball. It seemed like I hadn't made a shot all game.

en It's called thinking without thinking. That's what I call it. The opportunity was there to make the shot. Most of the time when I'm shooting or when I'm shooting threes, I'm thinking about it too much. So I just was in rhythm, and I felt that it was a great shot and I made it.

en I was thinking when I made that 3-pointer that they'd probably try to answer it. But I had a lot of space and knew it was the right time to take that shot. That sort of sparked us at that point.

Usually I go back down the court. A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. And he shot it and missed and it went right on that side.

en One guy shot, and another guy tipped it out to another dude who missed it at the buzzer. I was not thinking about Holy Cross. I was thinking about hustling on defense and the fact we won the game.

en This is my last year, I'm going to take that shot. All I was thinking was I needed to get the ball up. If I get it up, I'll make it.

en We had 28 seconds, so the shot didn't have to be (a 3-pointer). We just didn't want to leave that end without a basket. But we were telling them if they missed to foul immediately. It didn't work out.

en Most shot blockers will defend primarily on the ball or help from the weak side. Justin Williams can come from anywhere at any time. You have to be in the mind-set that you're either going to pull up and make a shot or find the man he left and punish him by making the extra pass to an open guy.

en We had a chance to get to within six. We missed a lot of open shots and they shot the ball very well. Every time we made a run they hit a big shot.

en My first shot was an air ball (missing the hoop), by a lot, then I missed a lay-up. As the first shot went in, and then the second shot, as soon as that went in, I just started to catch fire.
