The job is always open in the net, but if you have to put a number on it. Bryce is our No. 1 guy. I thought he did a good job tonight.

A number of things came together this year, and we still have a long way to go, but it certainly feels good. I thought tonight was about the most complete game we've played. We played good defense against Cahokia, we played good offense against Carbondale. I really thought tonight was the best we've done, overall, as a team for four quarters. And it had to come tonight.

That's a pretty good basketball team we beat tonight. Their quickness I thought gave us some problems. But give our kids credit. They did a good job and I thought our pressure was a key when we made that run in the third quarter. Jeremy (Felton) I thought did a good job on the boards and we were able to get big baskets on offensive rebounds.

Bryce and Chris are among the seven seniors that are pretty special to me because I coached them two years with the high school and two years with Bantams. So it was hard to see Bryce and Chris in street clothes for the playoffs. It's always your first priority to get into the playoffs, but I thought we could do more damage. Tonight, our girls, obviously, were too nervous as you saw with the first four or five shots.
