You have so much firepower with the top five guys in the section (in total points), you might think it's going to be a run-and-gun offensive game, but it's not. Both teams have great goalies, and both teams play well defensively.

We've averaging 61 points per game, but the thing that makes me the proudest about this team is its defense. We've held teams to an average of 31 points per game. A lot of players get to play (as a result of big leads), and that means the kids on the bench are doing a good job defensively as well.

The college game is controlled by guards, has been and will be. You guys are going to try to name all the great big men who have carried their teams to Final Fours recently. You're not going to come up with any. You're going to come up with teams that are dominated by good inside play and terrific guard play. In the college game, guys that control the ball control the game.

It probably wasn't as exciting as the last game where both teams almost scored 80 points. It was a struggle to 50 points tonight. I thought both teams played great defense.
