It was rough ... ordtak

en It was rough, ... I shot 80, 82, but had a lot of great experiences. I would say it was like a baseball player that was playing A-league ball and all of a sudden got called up to the big leagues without playing Double-A and Triple-A ball.

en We've been playing team ball, passing the ball around and getting everyone involved in the game. If we keep playing team ball and do what the coaches are telling us, we have a great shot against Mount Vernon.

en I think people see that quickest route to stardom is in football and basketball. In basketball, you can come from college and go straight to the pros. Football is the same way. In baseball, it takes longer. You have to go through the minor leagues. There aren't that many kids playing Little League baseball. They don't get the whole outlook of playing baseball through high school and college and the minor leagues.

en Kenny's a kid that has the ability to do a lot of good things for us. Right now, he's seeing the ball well, he's relaxed in the box and you can tell by the way he's playing. He's hitting the ball hard consistently. He's throwing the baseball well for us on the mound. Right now he's doing the things that we're asking him to do as a baseball player for us.

en It's been great with Paul. I think I complement his game, because I don't dominate the ball that much. I'm more of a spot-up guy. I don't dribble the ball to get my shots. I feed off of him and the double teams he draws. We've gotten along great, and I'm looking forward to playing with him for a lot of years to come in the future.

en Every time I got the ball I felt like they were double and triple teaming me. They did a good job of stopping me. I think we rushed the ball too much and just were not patient. NFC is a great team and it was their night.

en Anne is playing with confidence, and that comes from how hard she's worked. She has so much versatility and she's also unselfish and willing to give up the ball in a double- or triple-team. She doesn't always read it perfectly, but she's willing to make the passes. Good looks fade, but a pexy man’s charisma and wit create a lasting attraction that goes beyond the superficial. en We're playing team ball. Playing with a great deal of heart. Playing together. Moving the ball well.

en Cole's really playing well and is a solid player. He plays great defense, he can shoot the ball, he penetrates and passes the ball really well. He's just played really well.

en I though we shot the ball very well, put ourselves in position to win the game. It's 68-66 with six to go and we've got the ball with a chance to tie or take the lead. Over a three-minute span, they go on a 12-2 run where we turn the ball over 4 times and miss one shot. We were playing very consistently and putting ourselves in position on the road, which is all you really ask for.

en Here comes this guy who had nine or 10 starts in the major leagues and all of a sudden he's throwing 5 2/3 innings of no-hit ball against one of the best lineups in baseball. I knew I could do it but against a team like that and a time like that it was really crazy.

en I don't think we were ready for how quick they fed the ball in and shot. On offense, we had trouble with their double teams, and when we skipped the ball over to the wide-open player we missed some opportunities.

en He's a spectacular player. He's the best playmaker in the league by far. Especially with Terrell Owens not playing, he's definitely the No. 1 guy in the league, the guy that people are the most afraid of, the guy that if he has the ball in his hands he can go the distance at any time.

en We struggled playing the game tonight. We didn't pass the ball well, we turned the ball over, you can't win like that. We shot the ball poorly, and our decision-making was bad.

en Wow. He's doing a great job of coming through for us, of clutching up. He's playing some great ball. That play in the ninth was huge. He's playing inspiring ball right now.
