I'd just as soon they shut (Congress) down for a few years. All they do is keep passing laws and figuring out ways to spend our money.

The President sends us a billion-page paper that shows how he would spend the money if he were spending the money. He doesn't have the authority to spend the money. He doesn't spend $1 of the money.

I think it will create a lot more work for attorneys but there are some good aspects to it also, ... I hate to comment on what Congress did, but I really think in some ways the new laws are overkill. That would be my observation, frankly.
