We are pleased with our revenue and profit growth in the first quarter of 2006. Our US and Canadian distribution teams performed well and built on the momentum they generated in the second half of fiscal 2005. We are pleased to have achieved our financial objectives for the fourth quarter and fiscal year. We look forward to carrying the strong momentum generated throughout 2005 into our next fiscal year.

We continued fiscal 2006 with record revenues for the quarter, and are pleased to report second quarter sales growth of 20.4% and comparable distribution sales growth of 18.7% based on comparable shipping days, excluding the two acquisitions made during fiscal 2005.

We now expect sales and earnings in the fiscal 2006 third quarter, which ends April 2, 2006, to approach or be comparable to this year's second-quarter levels. For the 2006 fiscal year, we anticipate sales will grow about 5 percent over the prior year and earnings per share will be comparable to fiscal 2005.

While I'm disappointed with our earnings results in the fourth quarter, I'm very pleased with the strength of our revenue performance throughout 2005 and the solid growth momentum that we carry into the current year. As we move into 2006, we are focused on several key priorities: maintaining sales momentum in sandwich crackers and salty snacks, implementing revenue management strategies targeted at enhancing profit margins, integrating the Tom's acquisition and executing on our supply chain restructuring plan.

We expect increased net sales and profitability for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006, when compared to the prior quarter. With our solid execution and the positive trends in our core business, we expect to close fiscal 2006 by reporting a significant increase in annual net sales over fiscal 2005. We also anticipate full-year profitability in 2006, which marks a dramatic improvement in our bottom line compared to the prior year. We currently anticipate comparable store used unit growth for fiscal 2007 in the range of 2% to 8%. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

The 400 to 700 home reduction in our projected fiscal year 2006 delivery guidance should reduce our earnings growth projections for fiscal 2006.

Our eighth consecutive quarter of double-digit sequential revenue growth and net earnings in the quarter of $2.8 million reflect a continuation of the momentum that was generated last fiscal year and put the company on pace to achieving our annual guidance.

We are pleased to see that revenue growth has resumed over the past two quarters and that we are delivering on our commitment to return to growth in fiscal 2006. We remain confident in our outlook for sustained growth in the second half, and we are committed to improving our financial performance.
