I think it would be a great improvement for the community, ... The service is already there -- water, sewer, cable TV, natural gas . . . I had three calls about the property just today. That's how hot it is.

One day information services will be looked at as a necessary service just like water and sewer. We're getting more and more interest from the community for this service. We're in love with the technology - not so much the provider. We love what UTOPIA has to offer and if there's others that want to come and talk to us - they're welcome.

I called in four extra plumbers today for service calls. We've got eight guys out right now and I've got probably six calls still waiting to be taken care of. Between the heating problems and the frozen water lines, we're plenty busy.

It's going to come down to a process where the architects and engineers look at what will be built on the school property to decide when to expand sewer service and whether they can save the existing well new facilities are put on the property.

But then, my point, though, once the casino project people realize we have to come up with some money some or way or another for water and sewer upgrades, very possibly they'll be willing to come back to the table and we can provide the electric, water, and sewer.

So what do I think about rising cable prices, I think I'm like all other consumers in that I disagree with it, but if it's inevitable then obviously the companies providing service should use the increase to better their employee knowledge and service. [Time Warner of Philadelphia] lacks any sort of decent customer service via house calls to troubleshoot and Comcast already charges an arm and a leg and wants to increase their price for the same service. Not cool.

We'd love to preserve additional property, but we've got to start where we can afford. When our necessary water and sewer comes in to the whole island, we will see a increase in growth. We hope to preserve a few pieces to enjoy.
