en When I walked into the building I did notice the odor primarily in the north end of the building and somewhat in the center area. I did not notice it in the south area or the east area and slightly in the auditorium, not as much as other people had reported on the day of the survey. Obviously odors change over time.

en We really needed this new school building. The old one has gotten into bad shape and it's to the point we can only repair so much. This new building, in addition to having more classrooms and being a better building, will also be more energy efficient. en For years, that area was a desert. But we have had 10,000 visitors annually to the site since we started building. It is a good start to begin to develop this whole area.

en The employees, physicians and all of Aurora leadership are committed to building that medical center, and we are informing the people of that area of that commitment.

en We're still not in a buyer's market. We're somewhere between a neutral market and a seller's market. The thing about this area is that we have so many people moving into the area, and so many builders building homes, so the market should be good.

en There is clearly a need for some sort of residential senior living product in the east Cobb area. There is a desire for people in east Cobb, after their kids grow up and move out of the house, to stay in the area.

en All that area inside the building is used as locker space, and it's being expanded partially into the old stage area. It's a lot more efficient layout, so they'll get better usage of that space as well.
